I picked up a camera at 13 and never put it down. There’s something special about being fully present, seeing a moment unfold, and capturing it forever—no matter how many times I press the shutter, that feeling never fades.
My approach is inspired by the great photojournalists of the past—the ones who found beauty and composition in real moments without interfering. That means no stiff posing, no awkward setups—just you, focusing on what matters, while I take care of the photography.
I aim for a timeless look, with natural colours and classic monochromes. Where possible, I work with natural light to preserve the true atmosphere of the venue—no harsh flashes, no distractions.
More than anything, I’m there for you. I’ll be early, and your images will be delivered promptly. It’s a privilege to be part of your wedding day, and I don’t take that lightly.

My wife and I often photograph together, and the image on this page is from a wedding we shot for the family based at Scone Palace in Scotland. We were testing the lights for the group shots, balancing our own lights with the indoor lights and windows.
What Some of My Clients Say...

Sarah & Wilkie
'The photos are absolutely incredible - they really capture the day and we loved reliving it through them (and seeing some bits we missed). You were such a pleasure to work with you on the day, and somehow seemed to be everywhere at once!'

'The images are great! And what's most impressive is that we barely noticed we were having our pictures taken. Thank you.'
